Excites!

1. I have something really exciting happening and (one of) you guys will be a part of this too! I can’t say too much for now because I don’t want to jinx it but I am really excited for May’s challenge with you guys already <:

2. Because May is coming, my magazine issue will be out real soon! I’m so jittery over this!! :B

Hi Angie! Sorry for the stupid questions, but can you explain how one would practice yoga by themselves (i.e. not taking a yoga class)? I'm used to doing yoga in a gym class but I'd like to try it at home as well. Do I keep doing the same pose over and over again until I am able to do it? (ex. Crane pose) Or do I do a variety of poses in one workout? Should I watch a yoga tutorial or just do it however I feel like? How do I get better at a pose? Sorry for the multiple questions :x

hi angie! what is the best way to get into a handstand? cause some people say look forward and some say keep your head aligned with your body and i'm so confused... i usually kick up then get off the wall and i can hold it for a couple of seconds but i really wanna get better! i've been practicing for months but nothing :( thanks for the help!

Hello love!! I really wish I can link you directly to this video by kinoyoga that is extremely useful for handstands, but I’m on my phone right now! Search “handstand kinoyoga” on YouTube, and you will be able to find it :> there is a detailed breakdown on the pose and preparatory poses to get into a handstand :> good luck love! xx
